All items on sale will be shipped 1st/2nd class proof of postage depending on weight. International parcels will be recorded delivery. No refunds on sale items only exchanges unless item is over sold in which case a refund will be made at sale cost.
All Orders are processed Monday to Friday excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders may take up to 5 days to be processed. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail and will require a signature upon receipt. You should expect to receive your parcel within 48 hours of dispatch. We do not send a dispatch email but you can contact us if you wish.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - TRACK & SIGN FOR - £10.00

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail and will require a signature upon receipt and may take between 5-25 days to arrive. Due to the high volume of orders and this currently being an independent company a tracking number will only be provided if the parcel is late.
Please note: If your order is returned to us for any of the following reasons; refusal to accept delivery, incorrect address given at checkout or failure to make arrangements for accepting delivery, you will be liable for the return costs and Customs charges if applicable. These charges will be deducted from the cost of your order.
RETURN & REFUND
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order please let us know via firstname.lastname@example.org stating your order number,name and reason for return. You have 12 days to make a return on your order. In the interest of hygiene we can not offer returns on any of our 'Body Jewels'. Any Items purchased at a discount are non refundable. Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 5 business days. It is important to us that you have a positive experience so please do ask any questions you may have before purchasing.
If any fault is found with your product please contact us within 1 month of purchase via email@example.com and make sure you have attached a photo of the product. We will not be held accountable for damaged items after this time.
